60-night trial — our promise

We stand behind every Véloura device. Use it consistently for 60 nights and if you don't see results, we will issue a full refund including free return shipping. No questions.

How to return

Email returns@veloura.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label.

Eligibility

  • Return must be requested within 60 days of delivery.
  • The device must show evidence of use — we cannot accept returns of clearly unused devices.
  • All original accessories and packaging must be included.
  • Devices with damage caused by misuse are not eligible.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (3–5 business days), we issue a full refund to your original payment method. Funds appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Faulty or damaged items

If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault within the 2-year warranty period, we will replace it at no cost. Contact support@veloura.com with your order number and photos.
