Shipping Policy

Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.

Delivery times

Standard: 3–5 business days. Express: 1–2 business days (available at checkout). International: 5–12 business days depending on destination and customs.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on all orders over €50. Orders under €50 incur a flat €4.95 fee. Express shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking link once dispatched. Updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

International orders

We ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact support@veloura.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
